Terms of Service
By installing or playing Football Trivia Duel you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the app.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use Football Trivia Duel, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these without a parent or guardian. The app is not directed at children.
Your account
You may play as a guest or register with an email address. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself, and for what happens under your account. One person, one account: creating extra accounts to inflate your ranking, farm rewards, or evade a suspension is not allowed.
Pick a username that you would be comfortable seeing on a leaderboard. We may change or remove a username that impersonates someone, that is offensive, or that is chosen to mislead.
Fair play
Do not:
- modify the app, or use a bot, script, emulator macro or automated tool to play for you;
- interfere with matchmaking, or deliberately lose to manipulate rankings;
- exploit a bug rather than reporting it;
- attempt to access another player's account, or our servers, in a way we did not intend;
- harass another player, or use the app to send anyone anything abusive.
If you break these rules we may reset your progress, remove your rewards, or close your account.
Purchases and virtual items
Energy, subscription benefits and anything else you unlock in the app are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app. They are not your property, they have no cash value, and they cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for money, inside or outside the app.
Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The price and the terms are shown to you there before you confirm, in your own currency. We never see or hold your payment details.
Refunds are handled by whichever store you bought from, under that store's policy, not by us. If you have a consumer right of withdrawal under your local law, that right is unaffected by anything here.
Subscriptions
Where a subscription is offered, it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, and it is charged to the store account you bought it with. The price, the period and the renewal date are shown in the app and in your store account before you confirm.
You cancel through the store, not through us: on Android via Google Play, Subscriptions; on iOS via Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal — the period you have already paid for runs to its end.
Availability
The app depends on servers and on your internet connection, so we cannot promise it is always available. We may change modes, rules, prices, rewards and balance as the app develops, and we may stop offering the app altogether. If we shut the service down we will give reasonable notice in the app where we can.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by deleting your account from the app's Settings screen — see Delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unused virtual items are not refunded when an account is closed for a breach.
Content and ownership
The app, its artwork, its text and its question data belong to Incudra or to the people we licensed them from. Football clubs, competitions and players are referred to for identification only; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any club, league or governing body.
If you installed from the App Store
These terms are between you and Incudra, not between you and Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app, and any claim about it — that it does not work, that it infringes someone's rights, or that it fails to meet a legal requirement — is ours to answer rather than Apple's. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a United States embargo and are not on a prohibited-parties list, and that you will use the app within Apple's own terms of service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost progress, or for matches lost to a connection problem. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and we tell you in the app when the change matters. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
Who you are agreeing with
Incudra is the trading name of an independent developer based in Türkiye. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that developer, and the store listing carries the verified name and contact details each store requires.
