Delete your account

You can delete your Football Trivia Duel account yourself, from inside the app, in a few taps. It happens immediately.

If you still have the app

Open Football Trivia Duel.
Go to Settings.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm.

That is all. There is no waiting list and no review step — the account is gone when the confirmation completes, and you are signed out. Guest accounts delete the same way.

This cannot be undone. Your trophies, division, experience, streaks, best scores and friends are deleted with the account. Nothing can be restored afterwards, and starting again means starting from zero. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play or the App Store as well — deleting the account does not cancel a subscription, because only the store can do that.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Write to support@incudra.com from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. Tell us your username so we can find it. We will verify that the address matches the account, delete it, and confirm by reply — normally within a few days, and always within 30.

If your account was a guest account and you have uninstalled the app, there is nothing left to identify it by and nothing you need to do: it is an anonymous row holding a username and app progress, with no email attached.

What gets deleted

Your login: email address and password hash.
Your profile: username, country, avatar, invite code.
Your progress: trophies, peak trophies, experience, energy, streaks, statistics.
Your solo best scores.
Your friends list and any pending invitations.
Your match records.

What is kept, and why

Records of a purchase are kept where accounting and tax law requires it. They are held for that purpose only, and are not linked back to a playable account once yours is gone.

Settings stored only on your phone — sound, language, notification preference — are not on our servers at all. Uninstalling the app removes them.
